Great service ! Great transitional Chinese food. One little advice : try their menu dishes not the buffet, a few varieties of the buffet , I order the take out since I stay in the best western inn next to this place, mushroom chicken, house special fried rice noodle , pork with pork and the Mongolian beef yeast good . If u go the dells want the Chinese food , come this place !

I can't give this place the rating they want. If I could give them zero stars I would. First of all the food was horrible. Everything was salty, dry, stale, or rotten. The hot and sour soup tasted like water with pepper in it. Second of all service was unbelievably catastrophic. My daughter asked them for jello 3 times and they didn't bring it until she stood there for a long time. Even the man next to her said they had bad service. And lastly the manager or owner has the worst manner yet. She was all over the place yelling at her employees. I have a 10 year old daughter and a 10 year old niece and the manager would not stop asking if I was sure that they were 10. Of course I am sure of my own kid's age! The manager asked for their IDs. She's in 5th grade! How do you have an ID in 5th grade? I've never met with someone who argues with their customers like that. She finally walked away rudely giving me the hand and glaring at me even on the way out. I am very disappointed and upset. We are never going back and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Long story short. Go eat elsewhere unless you want the owner/manager to argue with you. Even their fortune cookies were stale.

Went 7/4/2015. I read the reviews and wanted to try for myself. Didn't like it. Very little variety. Some food was cold. I noticed they had Pepsi products so I ordered a Sierra Mist. The waiter didn't understand. He brought me lemonade. I will NOT return! Cost $10.99 buffet and 1.69 for soda.

I believe this was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Fairly certain the orange chicken was reheated or had been sitting out for awhile

Horrible customer service! Ordered crab Rangoon and they forgot to bring it. When they did they charged for it even when we got I after dinner! Then they give you a tiny bowl of rice when you order a 14 dollar dinner plate. This place is soooo unorganized and I would NEVER come back!!

Really authentic Chinese food, which is a big surprise for a small place like Dells. It is a newly open Restaurant and they only provide buffet on Friday and Saturday. We order from their Chinese menu, Congbao beef and Yuxiang Rousi are all very delicious.

Food is overloaded with salt. Service is bad. The ribs are hard as rock. I would never recommend this place.

First time we dined at this restaurant. We ordered two entrees, Kungpao and seafood combination. The Seafood combination was OK however the Kungpao has a weird taste to it. It has a very strong taste, I can't really explain it, it made our tongue tingling and numb, couldn't taste other food with it. Also were very stingy about rice. I'm not going back.

On a Wednesday evening, I was one of just a handful of dine-in customers. Though the lack of a buffet during the week this time of year is understandable, it was a disappointment. The wonton soup was a winner - rich chicken broth and firm wontons filled with a tasty sausage; it could have used a few more green onions on top. Gen Tso's chicken was appropriately spicy but the chicken pieces were overcooked. The fried rice was undercooked before it was fried and it was crunchy, which it shouldn't be. In addition to the usual Chinese-American dishes, the menu features a couple dozen more authentically Chinese options; not surprisingly, I didn't recognize even one of them. Service was fine and the portions were large. I might give them another try, but this seemed like an "off" night to me.

Very authentic Chinese food, so delicious that we definitely visit again. Guo bao pork, soft fried pork, mizhi sweet ribs, ziran beef are the specialties.

Ok i gave it a 4 but it should be more like a 3.5 or a 3. Reason I gave it a 4 is because the people there really tried hard. With in 10 min of us walking in they set up a all freshly cooked buffet. The price for the buffet was very affordable, and the selection was decent. Kids 3-6 years old are half price, under 3 are a 1.50. Adults are 9.98 drink including. All the prices also included tax. Give it a try and help them grow, so when we come back next year it's bigger and better.

Very good food, I liked the spice and more than all the head woman's smile and receiving was top to all... Surely a place to visit for Asians:)

When I see Chinese buffet I like to see selection. Not much to choose from here, but it is made in small batches and was very hot and fresh. What was there was good. The staff was friendly. There lo-men noodles were different than I've had before, but a nice change. Would not return until selection improved tho.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
